Extra Acadamic Activities
In seeking more defensible and plausible solutions to the society problems, the college is proposed to organise Seminars/ Conferences/ Guest Lecture Programmes on the topical subjects of Humanities and Social Sciences. These Programmes are very helpful to the students in attaining their educational goals. Many University Professors, Social Scientists and Social Workers would be invited for these proposed programmes, to experiment with different new methods of teaching.
To create Parliamentary and administrative abilities among the students, the college is proposed to conduct the Model Parliament/UN Sessions by active involvement of the teaching and student community. To imparting more meaningful and effective oratory skills of the students, these programmes would initiate the students to carry on conversation with a number of discussents and enables even the weaker students to involve in the debates with an inter - disciplinary approach.
Apart from the Seminars/Conferences/Guest Lecture Programmes/Model Parliament/UN Sessions/Study tours/ Picknicks, the college is proposed to organise other programmes include the improvement of study habits, a practice orientation, programme of creative writing and book review programme for the students with a view to developing various skills.
